Flandria,

I believe it is understood that a Canadian requires a Station License to operate a boat with a radio installed in US waters. This is in addition to your Radio Operator's Cert.

I am still trying to determine if it is worth the risk to go across the line spray painted on the surface of Lake Ontario without said license.
