FWIW I thought the thread was about mid-70s 33s, which would mean Mark I, the vessel in that picture is not a Mark I. Aside from differences in bottom and keel shapes, the Mark I did not have floor boards. Yes to a C&C Mark II. The Mark I's, in both the 30 and 33 were fairly indestructible hulls. several regards...
