What frequency do toy dail in to pick SSB weather report and weather chart?

I bought a short wave radio with a 30 ft antenna,
Amazon.com: Sangean ATS-909X AM/FM/LW/SW World Band Receiver: Electronics Amazon.com: Sangean ATS-909X AM/FM/LW/SW World Band Receiver: Electronics

so far I have no luck picking up any useful weather stations at my house. I am not sure if this is due to my location (land) vs at sea.

I used this link to get the frequency listing.

http://www.nws.noaa.gov/os/marine/rfax.pdf

I also adjusted the 1.9 kHz difference, it makes no difference.

If you have the exact frequencies that you know they work at a specific time, please list them out. There are four areas I am most interested.

1. Norther passage of North Atlantic
2. Mid Atlantic to Bermuda, Azores and Portugal
3. Caribbean sea (East and West)
4. Gulf of Mexico

Please keep this thread on topic. Thanks in advance for your useful input.
