This is exactly why I don't do the exchange. Additionally, I have relatively brand new tanks and the exchange tanks all seem to be repainted old tanks with a new sticker on the outside.

I know that many like fancy fiberglass tanks, but I just buy a new 20lb grill tank when the ones I have starts looking too rusty. They aren't that expensive, maybe $30. I know that some of the smaller or odd sizes can cost more.
