Is it okay to strap a stowed bimini to the backstay? I have seen this on several boats, where the bimini is still in the aft
hinges, front
hinges unpinned, and it is rolled up and layed back to the backstay. Then it is either hung by a strap that is clamped to the stay, or just wrapped loosely with a strap.
