Columbia Drainmaker for the first year, very grippy, never slick...This year I bought Columber Powerdrain. Love them so far. These are both very light shoes, very comfortable for all day sailing, drain well if they get wet and have good grip. Both were BOAT ONLY shoes, never used on land. Keep them on the boat...put them on to sail, take them off when going ashore.
