Those Bristol 24s are one my favorites...Standing headroom, decent sized cockpit, good seamotion (heavier for its size), shallow 3.5' draft, great timeless looks, and an outboard motor well makes for an interesting and unique choice...

There is one that sits next to my mooring that I always admire, and the owners do as well based on the condition of it...It kept up with us for a while one day while I was flying jib & jigger:
