1 - Never, but have been stopped for lifejacket check on one of the few days we weren't strictly legal (unexpected guests).. let of with warning by marine police.

2 - No one I know

3 - Would appreciate the oversight, esp speeding in restricted zones and creating unnecessary wash.

Should note we don't really have 'harbour masters', but have marine contingents of both city police and RCMP. Incidentally our Coast guard is one of the bigger offenders of making wash in restricted zones - not always with good reason.
