Can't wait to hear how they perform on the boat. I've been wearing Sperry's for 40 years. They're like a comfortable old friend, but the quality has notably declined in the last several years.
Cracked me up to read about how you shuffle the inventory from boat, to work to yard. I always, including right now, have three generations of boat shoes for essentially the same declining purpose. The lowest grade typically has stitching coming out, but they still seem useful for something.
