DJ, your attitude certainly stinks and your flame attacks here are unwarranted.

..and there is plenty I (and others here I'm sure) can add if you can be bothered to ask nicely: Given that your initial attempts to straight-out ask the world for copies of obscure plans have failed thus far, it'll require you to get off your backside and do some digging. Having been down a similar path myself, I've already told you where your answers are most likely to lie, but if you must do it the hard way, ask Mr Mori Flapan of ANZ Ship Register if he knows anything about your designer - and don't tell him I told you.
