Of course, it cannot possibly be as good as "marine" epoxy, hardener, and cloth, because it is half the price and does not have a picture of a boat on the label... (Plus, no one is making seemingly objective claims of incredibly superior tensile strength based on their own in-house testing.)
If they sold epoxy resin that would be news to me. I thought they had 3m polyester resin. Not that that's bad but epoxy is a notch better.
