It's a possibly malicious file on the website that is being detected when it is downloaded for viewing when you view the page. It does not mean that your computer is actually infected with it.
If your browser is up to date, and you are smart about not clicking Yes to allow special access to your computer, then you have nothing to worry about, regardless of what anti virus you have. Mozilla/Firefox will likely update their browser to fix a security problem faster than your anti virus software will add the malicious software to their virus database and you update your virus database.
AV software is only as good as its database, and there is a several day lag time on updates for that. So that file may have existed and you have been downloading it for viewing many times without any warning, until now.
