Having just wrapped up my Masters test I would recommend against using Wikipedia as a source for the Colregs and light identifiaction. West Marine publishes an outstanding quick reference guide that contains all the rules sof the road and light and sound patterns. Study the heck out of those and get the biggest (most questions) study guide you can (your school should provide that) and work through every single problem at least 3 times. Ask questions in class! If you do that you will have essentially memorized most of the kinds of questions you're likely to see on the exams and you'll breeze right through. Best of luck.
