The Fien is the best tool as it cuts fast neat and the least dust



From the cabin when you look under the settee the center tab by the compression post is the one that will show the issues

In the center of the boats you have three things dripping on the beam

1. They put the ice box drain right there

2. The little drain hole in the head area drips right on the beam

3. The original mast wiring went right through and unsealed hole ,down the compression post so it could also drip on the beam


You should get a good view with a bore scope form the hole in the head area
