At this point in time you're unlikely to find a 'new' replacement. Close to 30 years later I doubt Beneteau has any parts/stock left.

There's a possibility that you might find one at one of the various 'sailboat wreckers' who part out storm damaged boats and insurance writeoffs. Minneys in California for one, thre's also one in Blaine/Bellingham WA and there surely must be several on the East Coast and the Gulf area.

Failing that, it's a DIY project. Look at photos on sites like and others to get an idea of the shape and setup, buy some nice veneered plywood, hardware and give it a go.
