You might take a palm sander or rasp to the 90s on the countertop nosing. As is, they will be easily damaged -- and will cause ugly bruises, or worse.
I forgot to mention in my original post, we still have to add bungs, route the corner edges, and add vents to the cut outs for the freezer. Also the bulkhead separating the stove and the left cubbie needs trim. Considering adding a safety bar as well.
