Looks like you stole about 22" from the adjacent settee? If so, might be a good tradeoff. We are stealing a few inches from the port bench to move our head aft; can't decide whether to bump a footwell into the forward bulkhead or no.
Fitting a U-shaped galley into a boat under 40' is an excellent feat. My one recommendation would be to soften those corners!
You might take a palm sander or rasp to the 90s on the countertop nosing. As is, they will be easily damaged -- and will cause ugly bruises, or worse.
I forgot to mention in my original post, we still have to add bungs, route the corner edges, and add vents to the cut outs for the freezer. Also the bulkhead separating the stove and the left cubbie needs trim. Considering adding a safety bar as well.
