Lansickness, seasickness, all the same. It is motion sickness and yes, the same causes, and same medications. However, if you are landsick after THREE FULL DAYS ASHORE there may be some other problem like a viral infection in the ear causing the problem.

If your usual motion sickness meds don't get you past it in a day or two, I'd suggest seeing a doctor to eliminate any medical question, unless you'd rather just slog it out. If it is vertigo from a medical problem---that can be a serious problem that goes on for months and needs attention.
