Well as I said in another post, Carfax is not worth the paper it is printed on either. I had a car that was totaled twice with insurance claims and a salvage title a year after I gave it away it still had a "clean carfax." There is Boat History report, and I suppose they might show some recent insurance claims, but I would not put much stock in that.
