I think that these boats are just fantastic, and with a few modifications the design would be an excellent world cruiser. Durable, stable, and able to ride out rough weather and come through it well. It does not need to be covered in chrome or shiny white plastic to be beautiful, just some paint and varnish, and a simple design will do for me.
It is good to learn from your mistakes, but much better to learn from the mistakes of others...
