Paste says no, lab says yes...OTOH I'm glad that what I remembered (milky oil is water contamination) has been upheld. OTOH...sorry to hear that. I guess that also means the paste is good for gross contamination, i.e. separate layers of water, rather than water that is mixed in nicely.
Yeah, the paste just doesn't have the sensitivity to pick up small amounts of water in emulsion. Lab results came back as 5% water. That's after 10 min of running.
