I'm not sure how you envision your plan working. How does one find a good provisioning stop? Some of the information is available in such publications as Skipper Bob's ICW books in the shopping section but only covers the ICW. You might seek to have them expand their areas of coverage or perhaps you can work with Jeffery Siegel to have this information easily accessible on Active Captain.

Don't get me wrong, I think it's a good idea. I would like to know how I can access the information and that it's comprehensive. It's a huge project on it's own but a lot of the leg work has been done by people such as Skipper Bob and the Active Captain.
