All three complaints are well documented in our correspondings (emails), video, pictures, and voice recordings. If DOL is sided on our case, the legal action will follow.

What about suing'em for unlawful imprisonment ("confined to berths")?

Or how about assault with a deadly weapon (the winch handle incident)?
