Transfering routes and waypoints depends on two things. First, if the data is in a format that both sides can use. Second, the physical transfer.
You don't need bluetooth, you may be able to use WiFi, WiFi Direct, a USB transfer cable, or move the files to an SD card or other media and transfer them that way.
Lots of options depending on your hardware and software.
