psyched---take a manual bilge pump--the bilges are shallow--make sure it has a looong hose for water to exit boat....
food and drink for 2 days even if it is only 40 miles. cant go wrong with that --have enough for just in case---sleeping bag or blanket and spare clothing. the rest you can do when you get to where you are going.

btw--might wanna put a shaft brake so prop doesnt spin--could be a source of potential incoming water--and the packing gland is so far aft and in a convoluted place to find when in a pinch..better to not have it spin for the duration until engine works.

oh yes--and SAIL that thing-is easy and FAST!!!!
