Thumbs down Re: Sail Cleaning Anyone?

I was less than pleased with the service I received the last time I sent my sails to SailCare. They told me my roller furling genoa was beyond repair - wasn't, isn't - and tried to get me to have them build me a new sail. They must've been looking at someone ele's sail. They cleaned it anyway and replaced the tell tales on the luff. It was nice and clean but the tell tales were all screwed up - green ones on the port side and vice-versa. The mainsail was nice and clean, but the logo and numbers I had them put on two years before were gone. Leads me to believe they have little if any quality control.
