As the stainless steel supplier to Saga Yachts in Canada (from day 1), I would fully agree with the poor to no 'response'. In fact, most saga customers seem to have had similar dealings over the years as Sparrow.
I have been trying to reach PSC management for over a year, and received nothing but empty promises.
