You're right he does have a smallish boat. Two folks "SHOULD" be able to lower the mast at a slip or equal, and take it ashore and remove the current wires etc, take them to the rig shop at Fisheries or WM or Yachtmasters or Knotty on this site, or equal, then a few days later, put everything back on, and raise the mast. OR, as noted, if Fisheries will let you use there tools etc, do it there. Not positive Cliff at WM will allow that, but you can still get everything from there if need be.
