Just a brief update, I did look at another boat today and am actually at marina to buy it. It's a Catalina 22, has roller, stern pulpit, reefable main, didn't have motor but I found one today, was dry when I checked with the meters, oh and the guy was was upfront on everything and even help me demast and get her squared away to haul home. My first Catalina 22 was named CatManDu and in her honor I have decided to christen my new lady CatManDeaux. Keep bringing those seller remarks though. Here's a photo of her, first sail this weekend and I'll load some more.
