Get a one or two burner non-pressurized alcohol stove. Origo or Cookmate are the most commonly found brands. At first blush they seem bit pricey (particularly the Origo units), but in reality, if you add in all the safety equipment for a built-in propane stove (solenoid, dedicated locker, sniffer(s), et cetera, et cetera, et cetera), they're a bargain. AND, much safer than propane, butane, or the old pressurized alcohol stoves (no matter how many gizmos you add to the propane installation to keep things from going BOOM!).
