The swivel cooker could be a good solution, but I'd suggest going to any local Korean market and picking up a $20-25 single burner butane stove. Which should come in a plastic storage case. The cans of butane are cheap, the stoves work wonderfully, and you can use any perc or teapot or whatever on them. Yes, someone will now warn you about using butane and blowing up your boat but the cannisters and stove are small enough that safe storage should not be a major issue. If you just daysail, of course you can always take it home off the boat, they're not big or heavy.
