Old Glory, slightly moldy. What to do?

So, I am embarrassed to tell but when I was cleaning up stuff today, I found that I apparently have a small leak over the chart table. A whole bunch of NOAA pocket charts got moldy. No big loss, they were outdated anyways and I need to print the current versions.

But also my ensign was affected. Not too bad, but there are brownish stains on it from the moisture.

So, what to do? My plan is to hand-wash gently in Woolite or something. Good idea? And if that does not solve the problem, what would be Plan B?

In case it makes a difference, it is a good quality flag (West Marine brand), not printed but the stripes are fully colored through and sewn together, and stars are embroidered.
