If you're intending to apply teak oil to the decks of your new Passport 40, my advice would be DON'T DO IT. Leave 'em bare.

Teak has lots of its own natural oil, and requires only occasional cleaning. Oiled teak decks attract dirt like crazy and are very hot underfoot...the last thing you want in hot weather.

In the pix of your boat, the teak decks don't look too bad. Maybe a very light sanding, cleaning (by using a very weak soap solution and scrubbing across the grain) should make 'em look great.
