Agree.. ought to be cotter pins or rings under the spreader plate with the tangs. Not the nicest access, though, it will be tight.

As long as you can get underneath these to access the pins you should be able to do the lowers one at a time from a chair. If it's a wholesale standing rigging replacement you're really best to drop the mast for that job, remove all stays, take them to a rigger for duplication and reverse the process.
