just out of interest, I have a C&C 26 (1ft shorter than yours) and replaced all standing rigging, including turnbuckles, a couple of seasons ago. (backstay; forestay; 2 cap shrouds and 2 lower shrouds - I note you have 4 lower shrouds).
Cost was $1500 CDN, so your going to be in the $2K neibourhood to replace
it all.
