Thanks for the information. I currently live in Passadena so am aware of the Rt 50 nightmare. I was very interested in locations South of Annapolis. Sounds like Deale is the best shot. I would probably be happier in Annapolis...for the night life. Do you know if any of the Marinas in Annapolis allow live aboards? It seems like most don't.
