Yes, but you need to be careful about tarp/dodger and sail cover contact. The tarp can do a lot of chafe damage to both over a winter they are in constant contact.

Best to remove sail/cover, and ensure tarp is clear of dodger parts. Ideally you'll have a frame for the cover/tarp and there's no contact, but that's getting pretty involved..
