Fresh whipped butter
This is really easy and you can use it on so many things.
All you do is get some heavy whipping cream and beat it past the whipped cream stage.
This will always happen if you over whip your whipped cream so if you do not want butter do not overwhip your whipped cream.
When you have the lump, drain any liquid off and if you are making it an herbed or sweet spiced butter add seasonings or spices.
Garlic works real well, add salt to taste.
Cinnamon butter is good.
You can get creative with how you use it and it is always special on pancakes and french toast.
I love dipping steak and seafood in some garlic whipped butter melted, OMG!
