If your in to rum you might give Agricole or Cacasa a try. They are same family as rum only they are made from fermented sugarcane juice rather than molasses. They are not that good straight in my opinion but a Caipirinha (Cacasa, lime, sugar, ice) is similar to a traditional daiquiri, and cant be beat on a hot day. Leblon is a good easy to find Cacasa for around $19 (some of the cheep ones can be awful)

We often stock a bottle of either Agricole or Cacasa, Luxardo maraschino liqueur (vital ingredient in a Hemmingway daiquiri), Rum both light and dark, Wild turkey american honey, Campari, and ginger beer (for dark and stormy's)
