Re: What liquor and wine do you stock on Board

We have red and white wine. Box wine is perfect for the boat. Easier to store, won't roll/break, handles the heat better and each box is 4 bottles worth. We found Bota box to be the best tasting. We like the black box (malbec) for red and the light blue for the white. You can also take the bladder out of the box and put it in the fridge.

Then we have scotch, gin, vodka & vermouth. Tonic, soda, and fresh limes, finish our bar.

Lastly we make a drink we call "The Conway" but I premix it at home and bring it to the boat. It's Mezcal, Aperol, Chartreusse, simple syrup, fresh lime juice. It has a smokey-n-grapefruity taste that goes very well with sunsets. If you find us aboard Shangri-La, stop over for one.
