From experience stick to the pasta varieties. They seem to do best. Chicken is so-so. CHILI-MAC was made in heaven and sent directly to the store. When hiking in the secluded backwoods of Canada and getting ready to bed down for the night in temps in the high 30's a hot pouch of chili-mac was like an electric blanket for my innards......just saying it was good!
