Re: Recommended Reading

"Big Waves, Small Boat, Two Kids," Kaya Goodenough Gordon

pretty good book, has a bit of preachy God stuff...which was not to my liking, but maybe others will not find that too bad.

The best part was it seemed very real from the authors observations --- both internal and observations. There was a bit of how the crew of a ship get a long... or maybe don't.

And seasickness, most of what I have read made it sound like getting seasick was catching a cold (rest and it will get better), but the author shows it can be re-occurring and how it might affect the cruising.
