Referring also to the Bulldog thread it is the base point with animals on board. Great, wonderful if home waters are all you have in mind but whoa the hassle if you want to go foreign.
In Australia, if you want to take animal offshore well and good but it's unlikely that it will ever return, quarantine restrictions being what they are.
