Generally, most manufacturers aren't going to build a boat that is going to cost them more, if they really can't sell it for more. The features you are looking for aren't really of interest to the general public if they're going to interfere with the cost or utility of the boat.
Equipping a power boat with an auxiliary propulsion mode—like a sail—will increase cost, but not really increase its functionality.
