You're right about the web sites but the Mini-Galley looks as if it has more secure pot holders. Could be wrong, just the way it looks. Force 10 is good gear though.
ps - Valiente, Gas cookers don't work real well as heaters. We had a gas heater on old boat and it was rubbish. Unless you sat on top of the bloody thing it didn't seem to heat anything at all. Probably fog up yur windows more than ever as well.
