I don't disagree that global warming wouldn't, couldn't or isn't happening without our input. I used the word 'contributing' quite a few times in my statements.

I would argue however, that there could be a line to be crossed. We, as a species, shouldn't be the 'contributor' to a cataclismic event that may not happen otherwise. There would be no way of validating whether we contributed enough to cross that line but I gotta think that we should do all we can, as a species, to continue our existence here as long as possible.

If the human race contributes enough pollution to cause a 'small up and down' to become a major swing, who's hindsight is gonna fix it?

I realize that this planet has enough processes going on to rid us of our existence goose. My point is, it would be one helluva shame for us to put us over the edge.
