Well if you go a Wall-Mart, you can buy a product called Sodium Chloride, that you can mix with another product, readily availbe on the water of you r lake, called H2O.
You mix them togheter on a ration of 20% NaCl to H2O, and you obtain a very good liquid teak preserver, thsat prevents the formation of mildew in your teak..
WARNING...do not drink the marvellous teak tratment compound...it will give you enormous thirst, and the urge to make funny faces.
Apply at will, let dry
