I used them this year from Antigua, but stopped in their Guadeloupe base (had to do clearance anyway). They happily helped me with weather forecast, helped me with some questions (bridge openings, ...), gave me free water ..... Most of their boats were out, and I think they have more cats than monos there. My experience with Sunsail is good. They usually exceeded expactations. Except once in Palma - Mediterranean. The boat was not as clean as I am used to and some of the base staff were lazy.
All other locations were good. Antigua best.
P.S. I own a boat with them so I might be biased, but I like what I see.
Boats are max 5.5 years old in any case (then the must go out of charter), most are much junger.
