Thanks for the comments...this boat is, hopefully, to let me develop some seamanship and yet allow a reasonable place to hole-up in on occasion.

Do you see them on the market and what would be the going rate for a later model that would surevey well? I have no place to develop any sweat equity.

Thanks again for you time. Would like to see some other J/28ers drop a few comments. Do you know of particular boards with similar interests?
