As a citizen, you would almost certainly be allowed re-entry. As would your family, assuming they are also all US citizens. But since the vessel is foreign-flagged, my vague understanding is that IT will need a cruising permit, and someone may ask why you are "importing" a foreign flagged vessel. Or they may not even notice, I have no idea what the politics involved are these days.

Each country has their own rules. As far as I know, all will only flag a vessel if it is owned by their own citizens--or by "native" corporations. Often those can be owned by foreigners or blind agents, but that's a whole other complexity to get into.
