If cost isn't a big issue, I can tell you that Nobeltec is an absolutely fantastic product. I used it for about a year before switching (not by choice) to Maptech. I found Maptech awkward and frustrating by comparison and after a month convinced the boss to switch to Nobeltec. If you like well executed software with an intuitive interface, Nobeltec is really tough to beat.
And no I don't have an interest in the company, I just appreciate quality stuff. Oh yeah, great product support as well.
